UCP North Bay

United Cerebral Palsy of the North Bay “enhances the quality of life of people with cerebral palsy and other disabilities, their families, and their communities.”  We believe that individuals with even the most challenging disabilities have the right to quality education and transition services; integrated employment opportunities with competitive wages and career opportunities; and accessible recreation programs. We also promote full inclusion in community life by providing resource and referral, advocacy, and community integration services.

Our primary service areas are:


Cypress Primary & Secondary Schools

Cypress School is a non-public school located in Sonoma County for children ages 5-22 with special education and behavioral needs that cannot be met in public schools.

Transition Services

Cypress Transition Services (CTS) provides a bridge to supported employment and competitive employment.  Our program is designed to successfully facilitate movement from school to post-school activities based on the needs of the students.

Social Enterprises

Gone For Good

Gone for Good, a social enterprise of UCP of the North Bay, provides employment opportunities for people with disabilities.  Gone for Good’s primary services are secure document destruction, eWaste deconstruction, document imaging, printing, and mailing.


OADS joined UCP of the North Bay, a provider of employment, education, and recreation services to people with disabilities, in 2013.   With this partnership, there are even more opportunities for people with disabilities in Sonoma County.

OADS offers a variety of work, continuing education, and recreation opportunities to support people with disabilities in pursuing their dreams. OADS also offers transportation services, behavior support services, and volunteer opportunities.

WineBev Services

WineBev Services is a social enterprise of UCP of the North Bay.  Located in Napa County, WineBev Services is an employment program for adults with disabilities.   Services include repacking, hand labeling, mobile bottling line support, and other jobs that our contract partners require.

Supported Employment

UCP of the North Bay, a leader in employment for people with disabilities, offers a variety of supported employment services in Sonoma, Napa, and Solano Counties. Services are designed to help people with disabilities gain the skills to work independently or semi-independently.

Senior Services

Senior Services provides services for elders with disabilities or those requiring similar services.

Petaluma Recycling Center

The Petaluma Recycling Center (PRC) serves as an employment and job training site for OADS employees with disabilities and serves as the primary recycling facility for Petaluma and the south Sonoma County area.


Recreation Services

We provide a variety of camp and adapted physical education activities for children and adults.
